Tissue buildup?

Any ideas what this can be? Feel like this has just started happening the past 5-6 months? I have circled below what I am referring to. Almost as if extra tissue buildup?

It probably happened from either circumcision or Peyronie’s. When were you circumcised?

Hello, thanks for the reply. When I was baby I was circumcised. However, I do believe I have peyroines, I have had a downward curvature as long as I can remember. But never had this tissue buildup until recently....

I have no thoughts on what it might be but then I am not a doctor. A proper examination and appropriate tests is the only way to get a diagnosis.
