Tightness/pain when orgasming post circumcision 1 month

Hey everyone,

I got circumcision due to recurring balantis. I’m a grower and when erect I feel like the scarline is quite tight (not painful) and I mean tight, girthwise and not lenght. Alot of foreskin was taken away but havent lost much lenght.

So when orgasming my penis expands a little more, and that’s when it gets painful and really tight around the scarline. I find it hard to believe my skin is too tight because pre op that same skin was always flexible(the tightness pre-op came from the foreskin which was damaged from the balantis) and it got completely taken away. Maybe the scarline isn’t able to expand enough? I also heard the scar might be attached to the skin and might come loose after a few months. But I’m kinda worrying I’ll have to endure painful orgasms for months

Hi, it will loosen up over time once the wound is healed use some bio oil or coconut oil massage it in. this will stretch the skin having regular erections will also help. it will take several months for it to gradually stretch

The scar tissue where the circumcision healed is not very flexible when it’s new. It will naturally loosen up and elasticity will return over the next several months. Take warm baths and massage the incision area. Masturbation, sex, & and regular erections will help to stretch the scarline. Eventually it will resolve. Takes time
