I am having issues in full erection. The skin doesn't allow the shaft to expand and come out.

Very nice circumcision. I really like the appearance of the mucosal tissue, it makes it very attractive. Also the mucosal tissue is smoothing out nicely. There are a few bumps, but honestly for only 17 days, it looks fantastic. Also no cuts in the mucosal tissue. Keep an eye on whether you get cuts in the mucosal tissue. This can happen from getting erections over time, but I don’t think you will have an issue with this. Also your scrotum looks nice and relaxed, this is an important feature that seems often over looked. Do you feel any discomfort in your balls when getting erections? Also your glans has a beautiful appearance. It looks nice and smooth and squeaky clean. Have you been putting anything on your penis. I always recommend organic extra virgin unrefined coconut oil. It helps me with irritation after showers. My penis gets irritated easily, but coconut oil has always helped me feel comfortable wearing clothing. I avoid any tight clothing because it is painful when my penis gets caught. I would wear loose boxers and baggy pants. I actually sleep naked, which has helped me with irritation issues. Also this appears to be a high and tight circumcision. How far can you move the shaft skin forward while flaccid? Can you forcibly cover any part of the glans with your shaft skin? Also my guess is that you had your frenulum removed? The reason I say this is because in my experience with my own penis, my frenulum allowed my penis to completely expand and when there isn’t enough tissue left on the penis, it forces the tissue to expand to allow your penis to obtain complete erections. If the frenulum is not present, then there needs to be enough shaft skin on your penis in order to allow it to expand properly. Also take vitamin C and Zinc supplements. This will allow your penis to expand by increasing blood flow to the penis, causing erections more easily. I hope you have a great recovery. Just remember to give yourself a break from masterbation. If you must do so, do it extremely gently. Also try to touch other parts of your body such as nipples and asshole and see if they respond to pleasure. You may be able to contact your penis in your asshole because it is possible to get nice sexual pleasure through these areas regardless of sexual orientation. This is a great time to explore your body and see what feels good. Try to be patient and gentle. How old are you? Why were you circumcised, if you don’t mind me asking :)

Which country are you in?

Thank You for including me :)

Very nice circumcision. I am looking forward to seeing your penis heal. Thank You for keeping us all posted.

Yes, I can cover almost entire glans by pulling my foreskin when flaccid.

Was your frenulum removed? My belief is that with time you will regain your length. Also if you have phimosis? This could be the reason you lost length because if the foreskin can't be retracted, then the skin at the base of your penis expands as a result. Then the doctor doesn't this possibility, which causes them to remove more than they should. The expanded skin at the base of your penis is left intact, but most or all of the shaft skin would be removed because the doctor did not think of this possibility. If the frenulum was intact, then it would force the skin forward, but without a frenulum this can not happen. Removing the shaft skin, thinking it's foreskin is the problem here. But just try to relax and wait it out because you may regain your length because your penis is still healing. Get some coconut oil and massage it around your penis.

I have re-uploaded the pic above, pl check and tell about frenulum. Yes, I had complete phimosis. I have been massaging since last 3-4 days with bio-oil and vitamin-E.

They removed your frenulum completely. Ouch, that looks painful. That must have hurt. Do you feel pain in that area? Also there is some tightness mid-shaft. It almost looks like they left parts of the ridge band because it looks like your penis is being strangled. Also it appears that hair goes all the way up to right below the mucosa. Do you have any shaft skin that has no hair on it?

Yes, I feel the tightness in mid-shaft. That's what I was talking about. That, some tightness is there while I try to errect. No, I don't have hair on my shaft skin.

Your major problem is that they left parts of your ridge band and it is strangling your penis. I would go to a doctor immediately to make sure that your glans survives because without blood flow, your glans would die. It is urgent that you see a doctor. Do you know why they detached your frenulum?

No idea man. You understand my situation completely now? I saw the doctor, he said everything is fine and just massage it for one month. As per him, I have a good result.

My girth has increased and I somehow feel the shaft is not able to come out. Because on the first day after the operation, when the doctor has done tight dressing, I had 2.5 this size. On arousal, my glans become big and comes out some distance, but the mucosa and shaft do not straighten to increase the length of the my penis. That's where I feel something is restricting it.

And no need to post pics of your penis at this stage.

It's looking great to be honest. I'm 3 weeks into the healing today and yours looks to be further along than mine. Dont be too impatient. It will all work out but let it take its course. You don't want to damage yourself or push back the healing process. Keep doing what you're doing. Great to see improvement
