Hey it still looks to be healing a little bit you have some scabbing there still. if you want to masturbate stay away from your scar if you use some lube and just use your fingers on the end of your glans this should work for you. most definitely stay away from your shaft and scar. If you use some bio oil on your bumps and scar in time this will soften them and smooth it out.

Looks like your scar is still healing. I understand the desire to masturbate. I would recommend abstaining to allow proper healing.
