Hi. You posted on my post; I had a bunch of swelling on my circumcision, that led scarring (images on my post)

But you mentioned a doctor in Atlanta? Do you think the doctor does revisions for circumcisions? Do you think he could do it under local anesthesia? For some reason my doctor did the initial circumcision under general anesthesia.
