Scars on my penis

I have had an infestation of scabies in the past it spread throughout my whole body and now i have these scars my penis i also have forcyed bumps all over my penis to im browned skinned whick makes the scars darker which makes it even worse i have been dealing with this problem for 2 years to embarrassed to let anyone know.

My only question is there anyway to get rid of these bumps or scars even slightly??

May well do but still perfectly normal, a lot of men have them 🤷🏼‍♂️
