I've started using Tadalafil my Urologist wants me to take 5 mg every night I'm really hoping this works for me I suffer from. Retrograde ejaculation after having my rectum removed an anus due to Crohn's disease it is severely impacting my sex life so hopefully I can get my head round this and start to enjoy sex again anybody got any advice on this matter???
