I want to ask if it’s normal to have scabs over the stitches. Will the (dissolvable) stitches be able to fall of even if they’re covered like this? Is it normal for scabs to form like this? I’m on my 19th day after the OP and there’s literally 0 stitches that had fallen out, is it something I should worry about?

You should reach out to the office of the doctor that performed your circumcision and ask. Try applying petroleum jelly (vaseline) over the scabs to keep the area protected from air. Keeping the scar line protected with vaseline will allow it to heal better and give you a better cosmetic result.
