The question is in the title! Could my frenulum be causing my phimosis? Also I’ve had these white spots there since I was a kid! When I first got tested for an STI as a teenager the sexual health nurse said they’re normal and will go after time? Has anyone else had these?

Hi, I don't think your frenulum is causing your phimosis it is a little bit tight where you can see it is paler in colour. your phimosis seems to be at your phimotic ring.
No I don’t think they’re related. The white spots are normal, I have a row of three either side of my frenulum line, it’s a feature.
The tightness is in your frenar band. Simple stretching 3-4 times per day will loosen it. The frenulum looks fine.
