Skin care products after circumcision?

I’m on day 18 from my circumcision surgery and I was wondering when am I able to put lotion, Vaseline, coconut oil, etc. on my penis to have some moisture? When is it safe?

Ok thank you and should I continue to use the antibiotic cream that the dr Gave me as well?

I got cut a year and a half ago

I put coconut oil on head of penis for dryness . And I let the scar scab up and and dry up On its own I felt like moisture slowed down the process

Once healed and wounds closed I use mederma . Vitamin e @ first and coconut oil and I would jelque and break down scar tissue stiffness , the redness of scar will fade away , let the wound dry heal up naturally moisture made skin to moist. I seen better result in healing when I stopped the ointment . Just keep it clean and I washed my dick with antibacterial soap

BioOil is the best 2 times a day for 2 - 3 months , i tried vaseline and it created redness and lumps .

Also Vitamin E Spray is amazing , my doc always said OliveOil works perfect .

The antibiotic cream should only be applied 7 days 3 times a day after taking the main gauze off .

Oh okay my doctor didn’t say anything about the antibiotic ointment he just said you may it it on twice a day okay I will stop using that now.
