Do I try pulling the skin down or cleaning it in some way?

I got circumcised 3 days ago. However, the foreskin is swollen and I can’t even see the stitches below the glande.

You can but make sure the suture doesn't break yet you personally feel no hurts.

I couldn’t resist and gently pulled the skin down over the swelling to have a look. All looks OK, tiny bit of concern over an area that looks a bit separated with a gap but I hope this will sort itself out.

My advice would be let the swelling go down, your so soon afterwards. Let it sort itself out and have a good look at it when the wound is more stable. Annoying I know.

I would say definitely no pulling yet.

Try giving it a swish in short bath with very mild soap or salt.
