Whats this on my penis?

hi guys, im a 28yr old male, single, not sexually active, i've noticed some strange thing on my penis and dont know what it is,it itches sometimes. i've never been diagnosed with any penis related diseases, im scared and desperately seeking advise, havent seen any doctor yet, please help

Hey bud, not particularly clear on pic but if it’s where I think your talking about it could be scar tissue if circumcised or as I say I can’t see clearly possible genital warts?? Maybe pop to gp or sexual health clinic I’m presuming you’ve been sexually active in the past though 👍🏽

tnx a lot for your reply, the area you were pointing out is the shaft and thats where it itches, and if you kindly look at the head youll see a boiling like slightly swelling thing have grown on it, and it feels like normal and usual no pain or itches, and also there are some very little dot like pimple as well, i searched a lot online but unable to confirm what it is. i have uploaded an image defining the areas, please have a look

How sexually active are you , what type of sex did you do and last are those lesions soft and have a liquid in them ? Any tickles when you urinate ? Is the entrance of your penis sore and red too ?

Check for small lumps under the skin in the inguinal areas

tnx marions for your reply, im not sexually active at all, just masturbation sometimes. i should mention that i was circumcised pretty long time ago like decade, and those are not lesions i think, they are the scar tissue from circumcision as one user mentioned earlier, and it hasnt got any liquid in it, but the thing on the head it seems like a swelling burn mark and i dont know if its got any liquid in it or not. no issue with urination, no lump under the skin in groin area, everything is usual and feels usual, plz have a look at this pic, i tried to define the areas, thanx in advance

The itching part is concerning , the one that i don't like is the head one ..... It could be contact dermatitis a rash due to either a soap that you are using to wash or a rash due to the detergent used for ur underwear. Don't sit on it and go to a urologist to have a look at it . you could try daktacort ( its a hydrocortisone + miconazole ointment ) 3 times a day for 7 days . the hydrocortisone will get rid of inflamation and miconazole will get rid of it if its thrush or fungus . try to get a canesten pill too . you dont have to be sexually active to have thrush or fungus , it has more to do with your stomach being left without good bacteria and you get candida/thrush.

No masturbation during these 7 days , and use a women's intimate gel to wash your penis , those are perfect
