All looks normal to me but ask a doctor about the sensitivity issue.

He said it could be due to stress which I’m not sure about as the scrotum skin above my penis is the sensitive area

When you say sensitivity,is it uncomfortable,or preventing your enjoyment? Certainly you seem to look ok.
