so I have phimosis. I can get pull the foreskin back over the glands however it is a struggle. Once it is rolled back behind the head of the penis, however, it gets stuck there when erect and it doesn't roll back naturally over the head. So I have to try and pull it to come back up. My question is, is this permanent? Is there a cure or any treatment so that it will roll back up naturally when pulled back over the glands? And can you have sex with these conditions?
Thanks

With regular rolling back the skin may well stretch itself to stop it becoming stuck. If you can roll it back again you should not have any issues.
There is nothing to stop you having sex, though it may feel uncomfortable at times if the skin pulls back whilst having sex. This was a problem I had until I was in my twenties. Wearing a condom ensured the skin did not pull back unnecessarily.
Thanks. So if you put a condom on, then the foreskin doesn't roll back? Are you supposed to roll the foreskin back and then put the condom on, or put the condom on over the foreskin?
It really does not matter, some say pull back some don't.
I would just put the condom over the foreskin as it was, and all was good.
Later when I had sex without a condom the skin did pull back whilst inside. This felt uncomfortable at first and needed some persuading to pull back up but no long term problem with it.
