Yesterday two of my stitches fall off and since then I am feeling less strain in the frenulum area while having erections. Now I am having boner almost every time and it's hard to control as I am.not feeling any pain or strain in the cumcumcised area. It's a lovely feeling to enjoy erections after weeks but I am worried about injuring my tool. Please help

I know right..It's always in my mind..A small glimpse of anything erotic is making me hard and it's terrible to control plus it's not awkward as all the stitches has become thin and soft few fell as well. I hope I am not harming myself

If it doesn't affect the wound it's not a prob. After 12 days normally the wound has been healed enough that it won't get open. After two weeks the stitches have done their job and will fall off. Just relax and enjoy your boners.
