Kliovance

I started Kliovance a couple of weeks ago. I've been menopausal for 8.5 years and finally caved in to taking HRT as I was fed up with brain fog coming and going. My head is a little clearer but I'm easily upset and grumpy. I'm also repulsed by sex (before taking the tablets I just couldn't be bothered). Has anyone experienced this and are any of these likely to settle down?

Hi I'm on Kliovance and love it. I know from research I've done and also been involved in that it will contribute to a healthier, and longer older age. Do look at other aspects to be at your best as you age though - don't rely on just hormone replacement. Good sleep is vital for mood and libido, as are the right vitamin supplements if needed. I take Vit D (in liquid capsule form) which was great at helping mood, plus B12 and folate which are great for brain fog. Best of luck with your journey.
