Hi a 🤗 and understanding to you all. I was wondering if anyone else who suffers anyway with anxiety and depression has gotten a lot worse in this awful emotional stage of peri menopause. 🥲

Good morning's, yes mine certainly has, but it has been a little better since I went on prostrap for my heavy bleeding. It's just awful though isn't it, sending you a big hug xx
