Pressure from fibroids

hi

I have been told I have a few fibroids. These have caused heavy periods in the past but all under control after i had a Merina coil fitted a few years ago. My question is is it possible for either the coil or the fibroids now to be causing me lower back pain? Been like it for a few weeks now even though I haven’t done anything to cause the pain.

Sounds to me like you need to be checked out by the GP. Any number of things could be causing that pain and it’s good to know the root cause, so that you can get treatment. Wishing you luck sorting it out!
