My hair is falling out and ACNE out of control... any perimenopause advice PLEEEZE 🥺

I'm almost 49 and have been dealing with perimenopause symptoms for the past 2 yes. I have rampant acne requiring oral medication from dermatologist because multiple topical creams did nothing, my hair is falling out in giant clumps, period cycles go between 15 days or 3-9 months apart...your guess is as good as mine🤦🙎, I have PMS on steroids, night sweats, exhausting fatigue, crazy mood swings that get worse the longer between periods I get. This has been escalating for nearly 2 yrs. I'm so frustrated 😭... anyone with any advice 😡😵‍💫😫👿

Have you had your ferritin levels checked mine were boarder line and my hair fell out at the sides!
