Hi All

I am new to this group! I have been doing my own research into HRT.

I am resonating with people's fears about HRT.

However, I did the above named course that is by a Menopause Doctor and is aimed at GP's, health professionals or anyone who would like to take the course.

The course has completely changed my mind!

Dr Louise Newson also has a free App called Balance.

I think we Women need all the information we can get in order to feel empowered and knowledgeable about HRT and what to ask our GP's for.

The course can be found at FourteenFish. Louise also has websites too on Menopause education and research.

I do hope this helps!! X
