nausea post menopause

Hi

since being post menopausal I have experienced episodes of nausea usually with retching - this comes of nowhere but can also be triggered by smells. My mum has suffered from in post menopause too. The episode is usually short lived but not nice. I do have a sensitive stomach. Has anyone else experienced this somewhat unusual symptom of menopause?
