hi there.

I just wondered if anyone else is using testosterone cream? I started mine 3 months ago after a blood test showed I had so little it could not be calculated.

I can't say I have noticed any improvement with my sex drive but then I am suffering with terrible elbow joint pain which takes my mind off other things.

i would love to here other people's experiences.

cheers

Hi

I started taking it about a month ago.

It’s definitely improved libido, and did help with my memory loss. That was the reason the menopause clinic prescribed this to me.

I only take 0.5mls three times a week.

The clinic advised taking it daily, but, I wanted to see how I got on.

However, I’ve noticed my memory loss is coming back now.

Best wishes

thank for your reply. I was 🙏 there would be some sign by now that it was helping with my libido but 🤷

Also not found a lot of difference with memory loss / sex drive. I've noticed my moods might be more mellow...but a little difficult to tell as that's so erratic. I'm just going to keep going to see!

Re: joint pain, consider taking collagen supplements (I take a Solgar tablet). Also worth considering gutting gluten out - my friend's joints are way better when not eating it.

Thank you for advice. I was wondering about gluten as I keep getting an upset stomach and nausea often in the mornings. After having covid this time last year I have had stomach issues.

Boldgirl45 may have a valid point.

I’m totally gluten free and have been for 5 years so it’s worth cutting it out for a few weeks to see if it helps.

I also take liquid collagen daily.

Best wishes & good luck

Evening all.

So i had a blood test to see if my testosterone level had gone up and it's good news as my free androgen index is 2.1% I'm not sure what that really means but 3 months ago I was so low they could give me a level.
