Hello,

Hope all is well with you all. I’m new here and I probably already introduced myself too many things going on lol. I’ve been reading a lot about menopause, been to the doctor and I am actually post menopause. I was hoping things would improve in post meno but, doesn’t seem like it is getting better at all. I am thinking about low hrt. I am a bit suspicious of hrt but willing to try. Anyone with experience to share. Thanks a bunches and hope in 2022, wow can you believe it?!, we may find what we are looking for. That’s my wish for all of us. Peace and more peace.
