Dears,

after two episodes of seizures my wife was diagnosed with brain-tuberculoma after doing various tests, MRI-with contrast, CSF test for TB where it was negative, E-bus test which was also negative for TB, chest and whole abdomen CT scan where it showed some small and very less infection in chest but result for TB was negative, and all other test where normal like HB, calcium, Vitamin D and finally doctor told i am sure its brain Tuberculomas , because the sister of my wife was diagnosed with lung TB and now she is in good health, and doctors told it might passed from her and finally doctor started anti-tb drug, Tablet P-zina 1500mg, Tablet combuthol 1000mg, Tablet R-Cinax 600mg, Tablet levetirecetam 1500mg, Tablet indrol 40mg, doctor proscribed levetirecetam 1500mg for controlling seizures occurrence so patient started anti-TB drug and its her third month that having above medicine expect combuthol 1000mg which were only prescribed for two months. but during these two months patient was feeling very dizzy, her head get very heavy sometime she feels weakness in her right leg, fatigue, vertigo, and she still feels these feelings, we consulted with doctor and he gave tablet Gabapentin 100mg twice daily for one month and Stemitil 5mg twice daily for one week, however with such medicine she was a little bid good, but again sometime feels very dizzy and weakness in right leg sometime left, so now its the beginning of 3rd month and having these feeling, Vertigo, very dizzy, sometime right leg weak, sometime it is good, spasm, migraine and fever comes and go on daily basis however sometime feels like she is good but sometime not, she feels good with physiotherapy for some time but again feels the same side effects.

Could you please let us know if these are experienced with you? and when these effect will disappear and when she will get better?

Thank you
