My son is still in ICU, you can see his eyelids moving but has not yet opened his eyes.He had tracheotomy on Tuesday and since then he has not been OK, his body has swollen especially the head, neck and lips also his mouth has a lesion that is emitting some blood but the doctor is not willing to tell me what happened. Also his blood sugar and body temperatures are very low
Is this normal, please help.

Fanice , my thoughts are with you. We are also having a terrible time with my brother as he's also presenting with TBM complications.Im not sure lesion may be due to some fit or so. He needs a lot of prayers . Always pray for him.
Thanks Drnadia for your kind words, let's pray that your brother gets well. My son also has infarcts in his brain and everyday I pray and hope for a miracle from God to heal him, you can also do the same for I believe our God is a loving God.

Hello fanice,same situation as we are facing right now with our son's.your son also have a posture?are you still in the i.c.u?my son undergo with shunting.now he has his own breathing.but still in coma.
Am sorry Edmark to hear that, for I know how it feels to have a kid in ICU fighting for his life please take heart and trust God ,for with him it shall be well. My son had fluid drained from his head ,he is still in ICU he has not yet started breathing on his own. Please update each other on our loved ones status .
Hello fanice,how they drain the fluid from.his brain?my son got shunting from his brain so the fluid will drain going to his stomach.all we do now is have faith in god prayers for our son.
