Hello, I'm new here. I have been living with the after effects of meningitis for 20 years. Mostly not walking properly and holding things properly with my right arm and leg. I was not born like this. So I'm sure there's hopen out there. Thanks

I would think the best thing to do would be to consult a medical practitioner if you haven't already done so, if you have perhaps a physiotherapist could recommend some exercises to help, hope you make progress, Sorba

Have you seen a neurologist? Mine authorized me to see a physical therapist who has done worlds of good for me. It's never too late to retrain your brain! Good luck!
