speak to carers association U.K. speak to your local voluntary service to see if they can help. Also try contacting Contact a family and the Joseph rowntree fund. Let us know how you get on good luck. If you need anymore help or advice just ask someone should be able to help you.

could you contact your council? They may prioritise you for a home if you tell them your current situation. Maybe ask school or your GP for a CAMHS referral for your child’s anxiety?

If your daughter has sensory problems it is very likely that it is what is causing her anxiety.

For example, Some children cannot cope with loud noise because they have sensory problems, loud noise might actually cause them pain because of the over sensitivity of their hearing. schools which are generally noisy loud places are not good places for them. All of the senses or only some can be affected. It is not a mental health issue. An occupational therapist with knowledge of sensory processing disorders can diagnose and help. GP should be able to refer for assessment.

If she is oversensitive to noise or other sensory inputs , such as touch she will be anxious as a normal reaction to it because she’s suffering sensory overload.

Ideally your daughter should be assessed by an educational psychologist, a speech and language therapist as well as an OT to find out what help she needs. And she has a legal right to that being provided. As Jo Fisher says contact your local services who should be able to help and advise you.
