Ryan got his second infusion of Keytruda on Jan. 13th. Haven’t seen any significant changes. Hopefully soon.. fevers have stopped which is awesome. His blood work was okay for the most part. His testosterone was REALLY low. 29 to be exact. Normal levels are between 200-800. His red blood cells are slowly dropping again so we have to keep an eye on it. There’s no reason for the drop either. No bleeding. His stomach/abdomen area is still in excruciating pain. I think it is half between the cancer in there; and his extreme constipation due to the opiates. Haven’t been able to get him to have regular bowel movements despite the medicine lactulose. Which is bizarre to me. Lactulose causes extreme gas as well which isn’t helping the cause. Not much to update and tell... just wishing praying and waiting for the Keytruda to do its job 🙏🏻 Thanks to everyone who was checking in; figured I’d just post for an update. How is everyone else? Need some hope..

Keytruda #2
Praying relief is coming soon.
The fever gone is a big improvement. Hope it’s working!
Hi Kelly, any more news? I am glad the fevers are better, sure hope his bowel movement will return shortly.
Hi thanks for checking in! Bowels are becoming more frequent. Not normal as a whole but getting better. We are getting an ultrasound tomorrow for his kidneys and bladder to make sure things are okay. He has lower left flank pain. And seems like he has trouble urinating sometimes, and feels the need to go a lot. But sometimes it doesn’t come. A Urine Analysis was done and everything came back normal in that sense, so that ruled out an unlikely UTI. Overall things are getting better in someways but there’s always another shoe that’s dropping in the same motion.
Kelly, glad to hear that things are turning around a bit for Ryan. Did you get the results of the ultrasound? I pray everything is ok there. I pray the Keytruda is starting to turn things around for Ryan. Is he able to get up and get out of the house? I know you know just trying to do normal things is so important. I pray that he is able to. You both are in my thoughts and prayers
