A bunch of new head symptoms - sound familiar?

Hi all, so I've been going along with mainly the same symptoms - of varying degrees of severity - for a while now but have recently had a new load of symptoms in and around my head/neck.

These, initially, I assumed were vertigo related but the more they've hung about, the less I'm sure of that assumption now.

I have almost constant, nagging pain in the back of my neck, at the base of my head. Regular - not constant - pain in a strip across my forehead and front of my head. Strain and pressure behind both eyes and pressure in my ears. Almost feels as if somebody is blowing up a balloon in my head or pumping air into my skull!

I feel occasional nausea, but nothing like you'd relate to vertigo or Ménière's. I've had vertigo in the past and Serc 16 and the Epley manouevre set me right again but this time feels very different so, I'm just putting the feelers out there.

It's been ongoing for about 2-3 weeks now. I've put off going to my GP because I was hoping it was just stress/tension and would pass but as it's a weekend I thought I'd see if any of you had experienced anything similar until I can see him?

I don't actually have ME, I'm in this group because my daughter has it. So this may be irrelevant to you, but I do have health issues (including persistent fatigue) which I believe to be caused by connective tissue problems, and I experience pressure or discomfort in all the parts of the head you mention. So it's just something to bear in mind that perhaps connective tissue might be involved, but talking to your doctor certainly sounds like a good idea.
