Did normal medication work for you?

Medication honestly did nothing for me, it didn't help me at all. Therapy did for my chronic pain I do take CBD, and it's been the only thing to help me. I take just CBD so, not TCH or anything. I take the gummies.

Yes it does now but I had tried a half-dozen antidepressant meds without any success and then did a psychopharmacological test that used my dna to determine which meds were best suited for me genetically. The test showed that none of the meds I had tried were right for me so I started on one it recommended and it has worked. My test was from Genesight and paid for by my insurance. That said, I don't think meds alone help a whole lot, it requires good appropriate therapy and the willingness to do the emotional work inorder to heal. Also make sure your hormones, thyroid and adrenals are functioning properly because they contribute greatly to your mood and mental wellbeing.
