After suffering a major breakdown about 4 months ago everyone turned away from me. I tried apologizing, clarifying what was happening with me but bor my son or my partner want to do anything with me.
I am devastated.
I can’t move on. No idea what to do next, what path to take.
I developed physical manifestation of depression, stomach ache and low back pain. I will have to quit my job soon because I can’t work due to the pain.
It feels that nothing good happens.Doctor can’t decide if I am depressed or bipolar or ADHD. I know I am severely depressed and don’t see how anything can help.
Any thoughts?
