hi, I had a panic attack February last year and I’ve never been the same since. I’m now struggling with depression and anxiety , everyday feels a struggle to get through. Everything looks and feels totally different from what it was like before the panic attack and I am constantly thinking about it. I can’t seem to get it out my head at all, I had depersonalisation after the panic attack for a while which was very scary for me and I’m constantly plagued by fear incase it happens again. I feel so depressed constantly , I’ve been to the doctor and psychiatrist and I’m on duluxotine and propanolol now but it’s no helping lift my mood

Thanks for being so open and then honest, with us. Also, there are others. Remember to use practical methods to be calm...for instance mindfulness, deep breathing, visual imagery, or grounding when you're aware of problem.😊 Cheer up! These times will get better😊
