Wasted but fun as well!!!!

Last Wednesday set off to do a job in Truro was expecting to stay over and run that night but didn't even make it broke down near Exeter and ended up staying in a service station hotel. Got picked up Thursday down to Truro job done back to West Yorkshire back at 10pm phew.Next day adult weekender at butlins absolutely brilliant but to much beer and food. No parkrun no running no exercise but just back from the gym so back to it now and no beer now till after Manchester marathon
