Edited to add misswobble
Oh yes, it's Friday again and that can mean just one thing - it's time to check the rosters, grab your pompoms, warm up your vocal chords and head to the start line!
We have some some awesome runners to support this Sunday, so let's give our very best shakes and cheers for:
β¨ Folkylass who is running the Run Hereford 2024 5K. Widely regarded as Hereford's most popular running event, promising beautiful countryside and undulating nature, this sounds like a great race. Another warm one Folkylass, you made a good choice!

β¨ Shake-and-run and TailChaser whose latest target is the Blood Cancer UK Bromsgrove Fun Run 10K. Apart from the fundraising information for this important charity, the website is surprisingly light on details so we definitely need race reports for this one!

β¨Last but definitely not least, David_G will be running the Bognor Prom 10k. Billed as 'fast, flat and friendly' and presumably run beside the sea, what's not to like? Sounds like my kind of run, especially on a sunny Sunday morning!
β¨Plus, a last minute addition - misswobble will be running her local 10k; we all hope the achilles behaves miss w and that mr wobble has the best cake waiting at the finish line for you.
And finally, let's send some feel better wishes to Sandraj39 who has had to pull out of the Gatwick 10k having been unwell. We hope you have a lovely gentle, no pressure run this weekend to make up for it.
It looks like the weather isn't due to break until Sunday afternoon so hopefully you'll all be dry, if possibly a tad warm! Good luck and have the best fun out there. We look forward to reading all about it in your race reports π
Have we missed anyone? Do let us know in the comments below if you too are racing this weekend, or in our May events post if you are racing later this month.
Have a great weekend everyone
From your team Irishprincess Beachcomber66 and me!
