HU Problem

Hello all. I’m no longer receiving emails from HU to say that someone I follow has posted or someone has replied to my posts. I know this is a problem for  Sandie1961 too. Is it just us?

Do you know how I get them back Admins? Is it an HU problem that needs reporting?

Hi Dexy5. Not just you. Admins are suffering too! I did get a notification of this post though…the problem seems to be patchy! I will mention again on CAFF. Its a nuisance.😬

If you follow IP’s directions you can say which emails you want. Mind you, I probably spent less time on HU in the absence of emails. 🤣

I have to be honest, I don’t miss getting the emails at all, my inbox is too crammed anyway! I do miss my notifications though, as I like to acknowledge if someone’s replied to me on a post (like Damien’s or the weekly chat).

I got your notification Dexy5 and a earlier one from someone around 10am, just noticed another at 12.25pm, there maybe a fault or it's just a quiet day for notifications.

By the way this morning I ran one of my quickest (not) parkruns along the toe-path of the Forth and Clyde Canal, my time was 32:38 with the first ever +60% age grading for a (not) parkrun of 60.27%. 😊 🏃🏾 ✔️

It seems like IT section is doing some work behind the scenes and it’s affecting us differently Al. I missed all posts last week.

Yes Dexy5 it was a good run, two years ago I ran east along that canal bank with a fresh westerly wind behind me just 10 seconds quicker, yesterday I ran west against a very light south west wind.

Regarding IT, up to 4pm on Wednesday I only got two notifications from Healthunlocked, after 4 it was back to normal.

Have you checked your account settings Dexy5 ? Click on “Menu” on this page and then “email preferences”.

Having said that, I wasn't getting the alert notifications a few weeks ago but it is ok now. They have been doing some work behind the scenes and I see that Beachcomber66 has reported your issue so hopefully they’ll sort it soon.

Thanks for directing me to the menu Irishprincess , id forgotten where the preferences were stated. All is good there, so I should be getting them. I will wait and see what happens.
