POMPOM FRIDAY IS HERE AGAIN! YOUR VRBS NEED YOU 🥳🍀📣

The volume of events might be thinning a bit as we approach the end of the year but we still have some energetic VRBs who need our cheering and pompom support. So please get those voice chords tickled and warmed up and pompoms fluffed and ready to wave for our amazing runners this Sunday.

🌟First up is the Terrific Trio of TailChaser , Katnap and Shake-and-run who will be running the second of five runs in the Tempo Winter Series 10K in Shipston-on-Stour. One run has already been ticked off and the second one is on Sunday. And did we mention before that the runners will be given sausages at the end? How cool is that? I think we should call these runs The Sausage Runs 🙂

🌟 Just as our Terrific Trio head out in Warwickshire we have our Dazzling Duo, linda9389 and Couchpotato2 heading to southwest London for the Hampton Court 10K. A gorgeous sounding route around this historic royal palace and its beautiful grounds. It looks like a great PB potential! Whether it’s a PB or not, make sure you have fun both of you 🤗

🌟Not too far from Hampton Court we head now to the south coast where we will find our Marvellous Mudita11 running the Gosport HM. A venue for the Hampshire Road Race League, it looks a fine course with lots of sections to keep a runner going including a Samba band and fresh sea air to clear the lungs 😎

I’m sure a little dancing will be in order Mudita!
