I heard that one of the later ones to drop out got into such a mental fuzz that he forgot where he was or what he was doing. Apparently he said something like, "These people seem to be excited about me. I don't know why."

Nah! I've been quite idle (running-wise) this week.

Work's been busy. I also had an emergency welfare call on Tuesday afternoon to check on a friend (police were called, but she was OK).

Also it's first night of a drama-concert tomorrow night and I'm doing all the lights/sound stuff and performing too.

I squeezed a 10.75km slow run in late this afternoon: my first run since parkrun on Saturday morning. Then a wash and straight out to dress rehearsal…
