Birthday Run

Woke this morning to a glorious Autumn day. Fresh, cool air, sun peeping through and a little breeze. Definitely got to have a birthday run! Jacket on to start but that soon went in my backpack! Squiggy loved hunting and chasing the numerous 🐿️ 🐿️ and needed a dip in the river to cool down and have a drink. Just love this trail (my very regular route) and the way the trees create a tunnel. Today the sun filtered through the trees creating streaks of sun and shadow - beautiful. A lovely 7k to start the day then a walk with family along the beach followed by 🎂 and candles of course 😊
