Hey everyone. First a quick apology that I forgot to prep this pom pom post last night, so this is a hastily composed post for some fabulous VRBs who most definitely deserve better. I promise to tidy it up when I get back to my laptop later today.

Thanks everyone. I've arrived in Chicago - rather jet lagged. Expo today to collect bibs. Feeling a combination of excitement, terror and serious maranoia.

I haven't even run 10k since my bad leg so a bit apprehensive(we booked this a good while ago!) but just going to try and go out and enjoy and hopefully it won't get too hot til later on!!!
