I’ll just leave this here! Just under 8 hours in the saddle and just over 100 miles. Fuelled at the stops by cheese scones, Basil and tomato soup and several helpings of lemon drizzle cake (and jelly babies while cycling). Weather kind (a bit windy at times), legs and bum feeling ok today!

Strava is more generous, giving me a moving time of 7 hours 54 mins. I love my bike(s).

Probably not what you get in the pro peloton, but it worked for me!

Congratulations on that +100 miles bike ride, the longest bike ride I ever did was 50 miles, that was many years ago well before I started C25K and running.

Thank you. Out again tomorrow, just 30 miles in the Vale of Evesham where the undulations are fairly moderate but there is always a head wind. Some amazing ladies and an excellent coffee stop at the end. My job is to look out for everyone and not get us lost. 🚴🚴🏻‍♂️🚴‍♀️
