I am putting this link up because I know that AlMorr was interested in doing the virtual London 10000 because he cannot go to London for it. Others may be interested too.

Thanks Dexy but this year I won't be running the London Vitality Virtual 10,000, instead I am running my local Cumbernauld 10k on Sunday 3rd September, it will be my first event race with a chip timer and bib, although I did have a number bib when I ran the London Vitality Virtual 10,000 in 2021 and 2022.

The old nerves have already begun when I think about it 😀, however, as I have been a spectator at this event over the last six years I thought it was high time to actually run it, I understand that many runners from the local parkrun are also taking part so that will be something to look forward to. ✔️

Nerves are good, a bit of adrenaline for you! I get nervous at every race I do, they settle as soon as we start. I'm sure you will enjoy it!

Forgot to mention Dexy5 I’m doing the run vitualy . I shall still receive my bib number and I’m looking forward to the new T shirt as they are very good and the quality is great. I was out running yesterday wearing my t shirt that I received for the 2021 London vitality race.

I’ve already found a good route for me to run here where I live. I can run it anytime from the 16th September to the 24th September. So plenty of time to practice my route .

Ha ha, I’ve just realised you put up a post about the virtual run last month. I thought it had only just been released. 😂

I’ve got an orange and a black shirt now and love the artwork. I wonder what the colour will be this year?
