Yes, it’s time to wave your magical midsummer pompom wands and conjure up running fairy dust 🧚✨🎽 for your VRBs who’ll be running this weekend!

A fabulous forum foursome –  Dexy5 ,   UpTheStanley ,   Oldgirlruns and   Mudita11 – will be getting together on Sunday 25th June to run the Exbury Gardens 10k - exbury.co.uk/exbury-10k

Described as one of the most picturesque 10Ks in the south of England, the flat/undulating course starts in stunning Exbury Gardens in the New Forest beautiful gardens in the New Forest, then along country lanes to Lepe on the coast and back again. Entrants also receive free entry to the gardens afterwards.

STOP PRESS: the Fab Four have been transformed into the Famous Five! misswobble will be taking part in the Louth Run For Life - cancerresearchuk.org/get-in... - also on Sunday 25th June.

Raising funds for Cancer Research UK, the event starts and ends in Louth Market Place, taking in the beautiful Hubbards Hills along the 5k route. Apparently there's loads of support, Fancy Dress is encouraged and spot prizes are given!

We wish all our runners loads of luck, and look forward to reading their race reports!

Thank you so much   Cmoi and everybody. It’s certainly going to be a hot one but thankfully it starts at 9.00 in the morning, which is when we generally run. But it will be an early alarm to get us there in time. I can guarantee it won’t be a PB time for me!

.This will be   Oldgirlruns 1st chip timed run and 1st 10k race.

We’ve picked up our bibs so 🦋 🦋 🦋 are fluttering.

No such luck! I thought I’d die of starvation 😫. I did snaffle a post race nana which thankfully saved my life 💪😁. All running was over by 11.30 but I didn’t get my feet under the table til gone 2.00 pm 🙄
