It's Friday: but is this a weekend of rest for our pompoms? 😴

I remember my last pompom post - it took ages to put together as it was such a busy weekend for our VRB events! But this weekend it looks as if your pompoms may be able to take a well earned rest! 😴

We have NO events remaining on our May list and nothing for the beginning of June. That's right, none at all!

Do we have any late notifications to come in? Is there anyone else with an event this weekend or coming week who hasn't posted in the monthly post?

Visited Chablis village decades ago and liked it. Went back more recently and it was so depressing, everywhere appeared to be closed. Didn't help that it was 42° and the heat was bouncing off the pavements. Oddly enough it hasn't put me off the wine.

Fabulous idea, on a sunny day like this, maybe an apple cider with lunch, then a rose, or gin cocktail later with a Frangelico (my new fave) to end the evening 😂. Actually, after a 10k in this heat, I may nod off after the cider 😉

As far as I can tell the pompoms are currently out on the lash, so they might need a while to recover.
