I don't post so often but always like to encourage others. Those that know me understand that I'm all about positivity and care. Since finding love with Tasha99  via the forum I have found someone I never thought existed. We run together as much as we can and are planning a future together which gives me so much joy. I call her 'my angel' because that's what she is. This forum and the people on it will always be special to me and us. Wishing everyone nothing but positivity and courage.

That would be great, I have just returned from my home parkrun at Dunfermline, I was congratulated on wearing my 50 Red T Shirt, this morning was my 54th parkrun, 29th at Dunfermline compared to 19 at Drumpellier so with a more hilly course, this morning my time was 32.44 compared to last week's time of 30:51, enjoy the rest of the day and try to keep 😎 cool.

I have had no problems on my runs anyway GTFC….I have banned pre run Zero which seems to have worked.
