Well after a really slow 11K on Thursday..I mean really slow, was only making 8min/K's and wondering why..
Set out thismornin and decided to lessen the distance and try to speed up..felt good from the start so pushed myself all the way..hard work was rewarded ..
Yippee not celebrated a PB for ages π€£

Congratulations Caroline on that 5K PB of 31.47, well done πππΎ, this morning I am not at parkrun after last weeks 50th, instead I ran a short 3K around a small pond near to where I live, it was one of my quickest 3K runs ran in a time of 20:28, most of my 3K runs are usually a little over 21 minutes, so both of us should be happy about our runs this morning. π ππΎ
Thanks Frenc, I'm back in Glasgow (again) sister was taken into hospital with pneumonia for the second time..and with my mum being elderly I'm needed to help out πBut keeping running keeps me saneπ€£
Oh bless you Sparky, family is so important. I really hope your sister is better soon, and that itβs nice to spend some time with your mum. Running will definitely help you stay sane! Here are some flowers - I went to a lovely garden this morning. It would be fab to run round π.
