Doing a bit of race research and I was looking at last year's winners, I thought.. I recognise that guy... Unbelievable, a guy that runs in my local parkrun came 3rd last year ... It's a sign! It's going to be awesome. Whoo-hoo!

I will be cheering you on, and I mean that in real sense 😀. I am marshalling the London 10 km as far as I know I will be around the Piccadilly area going and coming back and my job for the day is to clap, cheer and encourage each and every runner, I am so looking forward to it, so if you see an over enthusiastic marshal in a red baseball cap, it might be me. 😀 Have a great day.
