Virtual Vitality 10000 DONE! Several days ahead of schedule! Not remotely expecting to do it today, wasn't wearing my bib and took a less than ideal route for running a 10k (4km of river bank which is rather wonky under foot!). Not done anywhere near enough prep so the legs and glutes will be shouting at me tonight

But once we got underway, I had my trusty running buddy (🐾 🐾 🐾 🐾) who never lets me down and the conditions were IDEAL (cloudy, cool, breeze and light drizzle - perfection). So he and I just pressed on and got it all done! Ably assisted in my ears by Coach Bennett, a spot of mindfulness support from Andy Puddicombe and the blazing glory that is my Killers Playlist. Goddam, they are good. Supposed to be going to The Emirates on 4th June to actually see them! 😍😍😍

GOOD LUCK to all of you doing the "actual" London 10000 tomorrow and the other events this week.
