Covid frustrations.

On the back of a rest week last week I have tested positive early this week, I am not feeling unwell in myself but I am isolating.

I was up to 90 minutes running and on target for my first HM in may. I have just read the article on another post posted by instructor53 so will not be taking any risks and may cancel or defer to later if I am able.

To add insult to injury as I was looking out of my window yesterday I saw two groups from the local running group.

Can't believe how much I am missing running after 1 week.

Hoping to get the all clear at the weekend so that I can go for a walk next week.

You’ve still got time and the break probably won’t affect you that much. The good thing about all this running is that we tend to recover quicker 🤞
