Well done Caroline on running your first 10 mile run of 2022, I am so glad that you enjoyed it after you completely recovered from Covid, you'll soon get a sub 2 hour 10-mile run, perhaps the next time, as for me I'll build up to 10K for that London Vitaliy 10,000 run which I will run in early May, after that I might increase my distance to 10 miles.
I am fine with my "training" thanks, I have only been running 3 and 5K runs since the New Year, my training for that 10K in May will begin in March when I will gradually increase week by week 1K until I get back to running 10K.
Thanks Frenc, πMy self determination just kicked in.. I had to prove to myself my hard work, keeping up my workouts and runs wouldn't let me down..π
Well done caroline, glad your back on it πMy one and only 10 miler, seems a distant memory now, ages since i even did anything over 5k, still, better than sitting back on the couch i guess! π€·ββοΈ
