Can I update my HUHM result please?

The local running club usually has a Sunday run which is typically between 8 & 10 miles. However, this Sunday’s run was a HM and I couldn’t resist joining in. Annoyingly, I didn’t start my watch until about 100m into the run but the guy I was running with recorded 21.16k in 2:03:05. As we ran together from start to finish, I think that his figures are an accurate record of my run. So, is it OK to use these figures for my HUHM?

Thanks IP although I’m aiming to stay within my limits because I know that things will break if I push too far.

Absolutely! That's amazing. Just shows what a difference running with others can make too. Now rest SM!!!!!
